What currency are the prices on the site in?

You can select your preferred currency using the currency button on our website. However, please note that during the checkout process, all prices and transactions will be processed in SAR (Saudi Riyal) based on the most current exchange rates.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours or less. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled by Monday morning. Shipping usually takes around 2-4 days, depending on the regular customs and clearance procedures. Tracking numbers will be updated once your order is fulfilled and has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at info@lussofits.com.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

If there’s any issue with your order or if you simply didn’t like it, you can always reach out to us via email or Instagram DM. We will manage with our courier to pick up the order from you and either replace or return it. Please make sure the piece remains clean and undamaged if you are returning it. If it’s defective or damaged, we’ll process a full refund or exchange.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty, but please make sure to inform us before the order is shipped. If the item is already shipped, please use our easy return system for a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you’ve entered an incomplete or incorrect address, no worries! Our team will contact you to get your correct address. Please make sure to enter your full address at checkout to avoid any delays from the courier and ensure timely delivery.


How long does shipping take?

We fulfill all orders from our warehouse in Dubai within 24 hours, and the shipping usually takes 3-5 days, depending on the location and the customs clearance process.
